Shaft: using 45# round steel material, tempering and quenching + medium frequency surface quenching heat treatment process, surface hardness HRC52-60, hardening layer depth up to 3-6mm, excellent comprehensive mechanical properties. 3. Floating oil seal: using high chromium and high molybdenum alloy, hardness HRC65-72, working bright band roughness 0.1um-0.2um. 4. O-ring: The use of butene and acrylonitrile by copolymerization of nitrile rubber as raw material production, with better oil resistance and high temperature resistance.
