1. Cleanroom paper wiper is made of non-woven fabric, comprised of 55% original wood pulp and 45% polyester. 2. Cut and sealed by machine, with lower particles. 3. Soft texture, cleans surfaces without scratch. 4. Good anti-static property, with double packing, laminated, folded, packed and PE bag package. 5. Excellent water and oil absorbency.
Polyester/nylon wipes for cleanroom and industrial applications generally feature a mix of between 25-30% nylon and 70-75% polyester. The result is a very soft fabric which will not scratch sensitive devices yet is extremely effective in trapping micro-contaminants without re-contaminating the surface.
