working principle

Shanhe vibrating screen is a screening device of single-mass forced vibration system which takes movable parts such as screen box vibrator as mass, metal coil spring as elastic element, and vibrator as vibration mechanism. The motor drives the exciter through a tire-type coupling, and the eccentric block rotates at a high speed to generate a strong centrifugal force, which causes the screen box to perform a forced continuous circular motion. The material is motivated by this movement, making continuous throwing motion on the inclined screen surface, layering when throwing, and penetrating the screen with particles when falling, which completes the particle size classification process repeatedly.
