The vibrating feeder is used to transfer the large size materials and granular materials from hopper to jaw crusher uniformly, periodically and continuously in the stone and sand crushing plant. It is widely used to match the crushing and sieving equipment in many industries including aggregate plant, iron ore conveyor system, bulk material handle system metallurgy, coal mine, mineral dressing, building material, chemical, grinding, etc. 

Working principle

  The motor drives the roller run fast and the roller give the material plate a pressure. Since there is a deflection iron located on both side of the roller, the material plate will vibrate to feed the dealing machine followed.
