J3R150 JAVA card is available in EMV version (payment application) and SecID version (identity recognition application). Before placing an order, please confirm the version requirements.J3R150 is a high-capacity (150K), high-security CPU card in the JCOP4 series of JAVA cards. It is another masterpiece following the J2A, J3A, J3D, and J3H series, ensuring high security and performance while increasing data storage capacity and utilizing Flash chips for faster  and more stable chip operation. Prior to the J3H series (inclusive), EEPROM chips were used, while the J3R series (inclusive) onwards utilize Flash chips.

The current J3R150 chip JAVA card is available in EMV and SecID versions. The EMV version is primarily used in the financial field, while the SecID version is mainly used in electronic identity domains. The electronic identity card domain primarily utilizes ECC algorithm and Gen Key encryption algorithm. Currently, the J3R SecID series has obtained CC EAL 6+ certification.

The J3R series JAVA card has a total of 4K RAM (Transient Memory), which is significantly larger than the J3H series, with an additional 0.8K. The APDU Buffer Size is also expandable to a larger size.
