The chip of this JAVA card is imported from NXP. Due to factors such as chip supply and customs clearance, there may be delays in delivery or insufficient chip inventory. Before placing an order, please contact us to avoid any impact on the progress of your project!

The current J3R110 chip JAVA card is available in EMV and SecID versions. The EMV version is primarily used in the financial field, while the SecID version is mainly used in electronic identity domains. The electronic identity card domain primarily utilizes ECC algorithm and Gen Key encryption algorithm. Currently, the J3R SecID series has obtained CC EAL 6+ certification.

The J3R series JAVA card has a total of 4K RAM (Transient Memory), which is significantly larger than the J3H series, with an additional 0.8K. The APDU Buffer Size is also expandable to a larger size.
