KC97 cold shrink tube is designed for weatherproofing protection on connections between jumper cable and connector (7/16 DIN, N type or 4.3-10) of wireless equipment, such as RRU, Antenna and Microwave. Comparing with tape sealing protection, KC97 cold shrink tube’s installation is much shorter (15-30 seconds), convenient installation, uniform appearance for acceptance.
Applications
1. Widely used in communication base station coaxial cable, N type joints and 1/2 jumper, Din connector and 1/2 jumper connector waterproof sealing
2. Waterproof and moistureproof TV cable joint sealing
3. The insulating sealing connecting wire and cable
4. The insulating sealing protection of other types of connections

Installation instruction
Step 1 |
1. Put jumper cable inside of the tube, before connectjumper to equipment 2. Arrow symbol will be direction of pulling strip, which usually should be downward |
Step 2 |
1. Hold the tube, pull stripdownward, and rolling, slowly by slowly 2. Whenpull the white strip till the plastic inner tube is horizontal alignment of the silicone rubber tube, hold cold shrink tube up and attached to bottom of connector on equipment, ensure the tube cover whole metal part of the connector. 3. Hold tube tightly to prevent tube moving, keep pulling strip downward, round and round, till all strip are out. |
Step 3 |
1. Hold the mastic part tightly, clench several times toaccelerate mastic attached on connector and jumper, help silicone rubber tube shrinking. |
