Lip Balm Filling Machine is suit for filling lipstick,wax pencil,foundation cream,Petroleum jelly, jam, igment, dyestuff etc high viscosity and heating in need material. It does the filling manually, its hopper with the mixer inside and jacket electrically heated.
Working process: Take material into the tank, be heated to a definite temperature, stir as well then filling into mold. stirring speed is infinitely adjustable.

30L double layers hopper with heating and mixing devise. Heating material by water or oil in jacket, and the temperature can be controlled. And the discharge hole also is equipped with heating devise to prevent the material Cooling and Solidification.
