This machine can use almost all kinds of plastic material, like PVC, PS and so on, you can make lids with diameter 30-130mm by changing moulds. 1. Suitable for producing PVC, PET, HIPS, PS medicine trays, plastic cup lids, and thermoforming boxes. 2. Speed reducer synchronized with the motion of the main shaft reducing the error to the bottom 3. Equipped with a photoelectric switch and PLC controller (optional) letting the machine run high smoothly and durably. 4. Speed and strokes are adjustable, simple, and convenient for mold changing, stable running, and long service. 5. Material unwinding, cup lid forming, hole punching, cutting, and collection process at one time. |
