White powder or granular form, precipitated silica is made of sodium silicate with sulfuric acide through hydrolysis.
It can be dissolved by NaOH,HF. Other kinds of acid, water and solvents can not dissolve the product.

Application
2. ZC-175P possesses a high reinforcing potential and imparts to rubber compounds particularly high Shore hardness, tensile strength, tear resistance and abrasion resistance. In order to achieve optimum rubber-technical data the addition of activators like glycols, amines or other alkaline accelerators is necessary.
