UPS power distribution cabinet is a device used for power distribution and power management. It is usually used in conjunction with an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) system to ensure that critical equipment can still receive stable power supply during power outages or power fluctuations.
UPS systems work by converting alternating current into direct current and storing it in batteries, then converting the direct current back into alternating current to supply the load when needed. This ensures continuous power supply even if the external power supply is interrupted.
When the mains power is normal, the UPS power distribution cabinet provides regulated power to the load and charges the battery; when the mains power is interrupted, the UPS power distribution cabinet immediately converts the battery's DC power into AC power and continues to supply power to the load, protecting the load from damage.
