--As per the policy of ETL/UL, we can not make changes on the labels at liberty. If we make changes as your requirement , then our company will be punished if the ETL/UL department discover it . Really sorry for that and caused you so much trouble..
--If making changes on the labels are necessary for your company, I suggest you multi-list of our ETL/UL certification , then we can help you design the new label as requested.What is your opinion?
2. Could you let me know more about ETL Multiple Listee?
Answer:
-- According to the design solution, our triac/ dali/ 0-10v dimmable led drivers are divided into 4 parts. That is to say, there will have 4 reports for our whole dimmable led driver series.
Enclosed pls. kindly check PDF file for part number of our whole series of our ETL listed dimmable led driver in each report.
-- Price for ETL Multiple listee divided into two part. ETL multiple list fee and annual fee.
ETL multiple list fee is about US$321/ per reports. Paid this fee once for multiple listee.
ETL annual fee is US$615 / per reports. And it should be paid each year.
ETL department will issue formal quotation file and charge all payment from you directly. Actual charge is subject to the quotation files ETL department issued.
