With Aluminum bar A6061-T6, we will do by CNC machine,  making finishing treatment, after that, we will check and test to ensure forged wheel quality, finially do packages to protect wheels.

Q1:What's information needed to offer if want to do forged wheel?
A:Wheel size you want, PCD, ET,CB,Finishing, Wheel picture.
If possible, the brake size is also needed.

Q2: How do you ensure the wheel quality?

A: We have TUV,VIA,JWL,ISO certification. Importantly, we have test and offer after-service.

Q3:How about MOQ?
A: Our MOQ is 4 pcs. One piece sample is also acceptable.

Q4:How about lead time?
A: 12~15 working days after receiving deposit and confirming 3D drawing.

Q5:What's the payment term?
A:  100%T/T or 50% deposit, 50% balance before shipment.
