ZDF-KM190/350 is designed to produce various square bottom paper bags with OPP film window fully automatically from plain or pre-printed paper roll, auto web correction, print mark registry, hole punching, window film patching, edge gluing, tube forming, tube cutting, bottom forming and bags collection with counting.
It is equipped with Japanese Mitsubishi servo-motor system, with advantage of stable performance and easy operation. The produced paper bags are with accurate sizes and good outlook. It can save much labor cost and create remarkable profits, and is an ideal equipment for paper bag manufacturers.

FEEDING UNIT The roll paper fixed on the air expanding mandrel can be fed by swing arm which is equipped with lifting hydraulic system. With an alarm function, the feeding unit will sound alarm when there is no paper feeding. Improved surface smoothness of the paper during the feeding is achieved due to the web guide and uniform tension control. Paper rolls can be easily changed by pressing a button. |
| HANDLE MAKING UNIT
Roll paper can be pasted together to create a flat handle. |

HANDLE PASTING UNIT The handle pasting machine can automatically paste the flat handle into the required position of bag body with the use of glue and then presses it firmly on the bag body before pre-creasing. |

BAG FORMING UNIT Form the paper with patches and side glue into the tube; and cut into separate pieces based on the settings. Afterwards, these separate tubes will be sent to the drum to open the four corners, then bottom gluing, sealing and form the square shape consequently. |

BAG COLLECTING UNIT Compress the bags and output the finished bags. The number of paper bags processed can be displayed by the automatic collection and counting system. |
