Q1: What information need to be provided before quoting?

A: We need know these: car model/wheel picture, wheel size, PCD, CB, ET(offset), color and order quantity. If possible, the brake size is also needed.

Q2: When can I get the price?

A: Regularly, quotation will be provided in 2 hours after receiving the customer's detailed wheel parameters and order requirements.

Q3: May I have special color, cap or carton design?

A: Yes, forged wheel can be customized, we can do it base on your personal requirement.

Q4: What's the MOQ?

A: For most regular wheel styles, MOQ is 4 pcs.

Q5: How long of the lead time?

A: After locating the deposit,  and customer confirm the 3D drawing of the wheel, 14 working days are needed for 4 pcs wheels order.

Q6: How to deliver the wheels?

A: You could arrange delivery by yourself. if you don't have your own agent, we will recommend the most economic method and arrange delivery for you with our reliable agents.

Q7: What's the payment term?

A:  100% by T/T:  50% as deposit, 50% balance before shipment.

Q8: How to gurantee the wheel quality?

A: All of our products conform to JWL/VIA standard, undergo rigorous impact test, cornering fatigue test, radial fatigue test.  We will provide 1 year quality guarantee for our wheels.
