Description
Silicone resin non-stick coating S-200 is particularly designed for baking operation, and features extraordinarily glossy surface, outstanding stain resistance, non-stick performance and superior scratch resistance. The surface is easy to clean after baking operation. It has a very good operability, it is workable at 200℃, can be widely applied on the inside coating of iron bakeware.

HOW TO USE
1. Requirement on pre-treatment
-Firstly, apply high-temperature degreasing, then wash with 1%~3% NaOH solution (60℃) for more than 6 minutes. Then dry it after water rinsing;
2. Preparation of the coating
-Dispersion of coating: the coating must be fully dispersed before operation by stirring;
-Viscosity adjustment: the viscosity could be adjusted according to different spray methods. Dilute with special thinner if the viscosity is over high;
-Coating filtration: filtrate the coating with screen (200-400 mesh) before using.
3. Application
-The spraying environment should be dry, well-ventilated, no smoking and fire;
-Use electrostatic spraying and dry out the workpieces at 100-150℃;
-Adjust atomization and oil pump capacity of spray gun. Make sure the unit it clean and level. Keep the thickness is within 15μm-20μm;
-Dry the workpieces at 280℃ for 5-10min.
