PLC control cabinet is a complete set of control cabinets used to control electrical equipment such as motors and switches. It has the characteristics of compact structure, stable operation and complete functions.
The components of the PLC control cabinet include core components such as air switches, PLC, power supplies, relays and terminal blocks. As the power control device of the entire cabinet, the air switch is a must-have part of each cabinet.
PLC control cabinet requires a stable power supply, usually DC 24V or single-phase AC 220V. Its protection level is IP41 or IP20, and it is suitable for operation under the conditions of ambient temperature of 0℃-55℃, relative humidity less than 85% and no condensation.
The PLC control cabinet not only has overload, short circuit, phase loss protection and other functions, but can also be combined and expanded according to actual control needs. It can be a single cabinet automatic control, or multiple cabinets can form a distributed control system through a network system.
