The single-stage granulator is a modelcompared tothe two-stage cluster granulator. It has the characteristics of simple structure, easy maintenance, low energy consumption, and high cost performance. It is mainly suitable forextrusion and granulation ofraw materials, which is not onlyclean or singlewith stable components andlow moisture content,but alsono need for secondary plasticization,multiple exhaust and filtration.

Application: Modified granulation, clean plastic recycling or scrap recycling processing. Single-stage granulator can be used to process powder material and mixture material of  powder, particle and flake.

From the aspect of raw materials, it can be applied to the strand water-cooling granulation processing of various hard plastics such as PP, PE, ABS, PS, PC, PU, PPR, POM, PMMA, PVC, or as a main engine of hot-cutting air-cooling granulator,granulator set with water-cooling brace-pelletizing function orthe underwater pelletizing machine.
