Mold temperature controller, also known as mold temperature control machine, is a device used to control the temperature of molds.
The mold temperature controller heats or cools the heat medium (usually water or oil) and circulates it to the mold to maintain the mold within a specific temperature range.
Oil-type mold temperature controller: Uses heat transfer oil as the heat medium, which has high temperature control accuracy and stability and is suitable for high-temperature working environments. But the heat transfer oil needs to be replaced regularly and the cost is relatively high.
Mold temperature controllers are widely used in the following industries: Plastic injection molding, Rubber vulcanization, Die casting, Chemical reaction kettles.
The mold temperature controller continuously monitors the mold temperature through sensors and automatically adjusts the heating or cooling power according to the set value to maintain the stability of the mold temperature.
When the mold temperature is lower than the set value, the heating system of the mold temperature controller starts and heats the heat medium to the required temperature. When the mold temperature is higher than the set value, the cooling system of the mold temperature controller starts and cools the heat medium to the required temperature.
