The material properties of G10 / FR4 make it an excellent laminate for applications requiring a minimum thickness of 0.005 ".Its superior electrical properties are consistent at both temperature and humidity levels.Meet the requirements of mil-i-24768/28 geb-f.
G10 / FR4 has the highest insulation strength of any phenolic resin we use - up to 500 v/m.It also provides 70,000 PSI of bending strength, good bonding strength and impact resistance, and low water absorption and dissipation.

Epoxy Based Fiberglass Resin FR4 Epoxy Precision G10 CNC Machined Part is woven fiberglass soaked in an epoxy resin and then compressed and baked. It is very dense, lightweight, and impervious to water. The advantages of this material:
