Application
MTP High Vacuum Transformer Oil Purifier with Mobile Trailer is specially developed for transformer insulating oil degassing dehydration, filtration processing onsite at outside. It adopts full enclosed structure with function of weather proof and also uses double stages high vacuum system and vacuum separators, which belongs to DVTP Double Stages Vacuum Transformer Oil Purifier and can quickly remove free water, trace moisture, gas, particles, other contaminants. Meanwhile, the mounted trailer can be carried out on road and off road.

• Transformer Dry-Out and Filling capabilities
• High efficiency three stage micro filter elements with capable of removing 99.5% particles as small as 1 micron.
• Overall water content of ≤3 PPM By vacuum dehydration to remove free, emulsified and dissolved water.
• Achieving soluble air and gas content of ≤0.1%
• Achieve ≥75kV per ASTM 877 dielectric strength.
• Online oil purification processing, vacuum drying and vacuum oil-filling for electric equipment.
• Reducing overall operational and maintenance cost of power energy systems.
Optional: Online moisture monitor, flow meter, oil regeneration system, dielectric strength tester, etc.
