Our common trade terms are FOB, CFR and CIF. For any further requests, please contact with us.
2. What about the payment terms?
Usually we do T/T with 30% down payment, balance paid against copy of B/L. But we also accept L/C at sight. For small amount, we also accept Western Union.
3. Will the products I purchase exactly same as the one you have on your website?
Natural stone products are known for their unique colors, patterns and textures. Also the variation. There’s no 100% same natural stone in this world. Slightly color or vein differences should be acceptable.
4. The sizes of products can be customized?
Yes, with detailed sizes or drawings provided, we can do customized products.
5. How long will the transportation take?
The transportation time varies in different regions. Please tell us your location so that we can check how long it will take for the goods to arrive.
6. Can you send me some samples?
Yes, small samples can be provided for free, you only need to cover the courier cost.
7. What if I found goods’ breakages upon arrival?
As stone products are fragile, and we pay lots of attention to the packing just to make sure all products are safe during transportation. Just in case, if you find quality problem or breakage when goods arrive, please give us related information at first sight first scene. If breakage transfer to another place, it is beyond our responsibility.
