The industrial sliding door is also called automatic sliding door, electric sliding door, etc. The thickness of the industrial sliding door is 40-50mm. It has remarkable features such as beautiful appearance, high strength, safety and reliability, smooth opening, low noise, good sealing and thermal insulation performance, saving plant space and improving production efficiency. It is widely used due to lower installation conditions and higher practicability.
The composition of industrial sliding door:
1. Panel: The total thickness of the door panel is 40mm±1mm, and the double-sided 0.5mm thick color-coated steel plate. Rigid polyurethane foam is filled between the two layers of steel plates, with a density of about 40kg/cubic.
2. Hardware: The door panel connecting hinge is made of hot-dip galvanized cold-rolled steel sheet stamping.
3. Balance system: The sliding door is balanced by torsion spring, and the balance torsion spring is designed and manufactured according to the calculation of the door heavy load software, so that the balance can reach the best state.
4. Safety protection device:
①. There is an airbag at the bottom of the door, which can automatically reverse to the fully open state when encountering obstacles during the closing process of the door;
②. There is a blade type wire rope breakage protector at the bottom and two ends of the door. When the lifting wire rope breaks and the door body moves faster, the device can cut into the guide rail to prevent the door body from falling;
③. When the motor is equipped with a disengagement clutch device, when it is switched to manual, the door movement can be manually operated.
5. Sealing strip:
EPDM rubber sealing strips are installed on the top and both sides of the door opening, and EPDM airbags and sealing wings are installed at the bottom of the door body to ensure good airtightness between the door body and the building.
Applications:
It is suitable for isolation of factories and areas with high cleanliness requirements such as medicine, food, electronics, printing, supermarkets, etc.
