Wide and narrow brick pattern metal carved panels can be used for both interior and exterior wall applications.

Metal carved panels is widely used in exterior wall insulation, outside insulation structure design of cast-in-place non-netted polystyrene board and external thermal insulation structure design of rubber powder polystyrene board particle pre-mixed dry mix insulation material.

The exterior wall decoration, the metal engraving board is carved by the special mold and has the unique ceramic tile modelling, each kind of color has the considerable decoration effect is the exterior wall decoration new energy saving decoration material at present. It is also a new green building material with good quality and low price.

Exterior wall panel

1. Top-side: color painted embossed steel sheet(zinc alloy, hot galvanized)

2. Core material: rigid polyurethane foam, density: 40kgs/m3

3. Backside: aluminum foil/ AL steel

Outside wall panel

1. Pattern: fine brick series, crude brick series, tile series, mosaic    series, plain series, wood series, marbling series, bark series,etc

2. Colors: paint with single color or double colors, all colors could paint as you required.

3. Length :2000-6000mm width: 383mm, thickness : 16-20 mm
