Product process:

polyester microfiber cleanroom wipes are constructed from a fine polyester knit that has tiny microfibers that remove even the smallest particles without scratching sensitive surfaces. The microfibers make these wipes effective for cleaning of small components. These wipes are suitable for ISO4 Class 10 and higher critical environments as the have laser-cut sealed edges to prevent shedding lint. Choose from 9″x9″ or 12″x12″ sizes. 4.Microfiber Wiper JD-5001 was weaved with 80D 36F×16P polyester and nylon, sealed by laser or ultrasonic cutting, washed by 18MΩ ultra-pure water and double packaged in class 100 cleanroom. Excellent absorbency, the dust and fiber seldom fall from the wiper, so ents saving, strong cleanliness and without any damage to the surface of wiped products.
