Anatomically contoured posterior column locking plate creates sufficient and definite fixation for the posterior proximal plateau.
Four suturing holes of the posterior column locking plate are designed for convenience in temporary placement of the plate and repair of the Posterior Cruciate Ligament (PCL) and posterior capsule of the knee joint if needed.

Split and depression fractures of the lateral and medial tibial plateau
Metaphyseal fractures of the medial tibial plateau
