Q1: Customized service is available?
A1: Yes, factory offers customized service, include products design, mold design, decals/logo and painting.
Q2: What kind of payment accepted?

Q3: Delivery time?
A2: Usually our production lead time is 15 days, if you need to customize the logo will probably take an additional 3-5 days, if you need it urgently, we have this model XXX in stock and can ship it to you in 1-2 days.
Q4:How about the products testing and whats is standard?
A3: All carbon products here are tested in house, there are kinds of machine in factory test lab in order to EN standard test, off course, our standard always 30% strict than EN standard.
Q5: Can I make my own logo? Is the cost free or do I have to pay extra? How much does it cost?
A4: Yes, but the development of LOGO will incur additional costs, the cost is we have to pay the water label factory, the cost is determined by the color and the size of the label, you can send me your label, I help you confirm the approximate cost.
