Dark plate knife gate valve with cover, also known as gas special valve, is mainly used in gas and sewage gas or liquid pipelines. It is beneficial to prevent the leakage of the upper cover. The main features are easy installation, cost saving and wear resistance. Generally used in powder, slurry,gas,liquid and other media transmission pipelines. The upper seal of the knife gate breaks through the conventional seal form and adopts the upper cover structure, which makes the upper seal change from rectangular seal with large area to circular seal with small area area, and the sealing performance is greatly improved. Based on the circumferential seal, the advanced floating seal structure in the world is adopted, which makes the upper seal reach the same life as the pipeline, thus improving the service life of the valve as a whole. After the sealing device is installed on the top of the handwheel, all the movable parts of the valve can be closed, and the screw drive of the gate plate and the stem will not be jammed by the dry lubricant. Especially suitable for long-term normal work in dust and dry harsh environment.
