KC8020 is a one-component room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber product, which has a faster surface drying and complete vulcanization speed, and its flame retardant grade reaches UL94V-0. It is especially suitable for flame retardant sealing and leaking. It has the functions of moisture-proof, shock-proof, insulation, etc. and can withstand the impact of alternating cold and heat, and has a good protective effect on packaging and coating components. This product is easy to use, can be used for a long time in the range of -60 to 200 ℃, and has excellent UV resistance, weathering resistance and good electrical insulation properties.

Direction for Use

1. Use ethanol or acetone to wipe clean the dust and oil on the surface of the bonding parts. After the solvent evaporates, squeeze the glue out of the tube for construction.

2. Spread a small amount of fireproof glue evenly on the bonding surface; if it is to bond two substrates, after coating one surface with silica gel, the other substrate will be compounded together immediately,

applying a certain pressure, 20~35 ℃ , humidity ≥ 50 ﹪, it can be moved after being placed for 24 hours, it takes 1 week to fully cure, and the strength reaches the highest.

3. For thick layer sealing, the layer thickness should generally not exceed 3 mm; for coatings larger than 5 mm, scrape about 3 mm each time, and then continue the next construction after curing.
