A low power dc motor with electronic commutation. Also known as commutatorless motor, DC motor without commutator. Compared with other types of motors, brushless motors have a very efficient operation, meaning lower power consumption at the same power output compared with brushed DC motors.
The motor has the advantages of simple structure, convenient manufacture, low cost, low noise and no radio interference during operation.
