SC640 is one of our classic cloud series color sorter. This is a 10 chutes installed sorting machine for large rice mill and are available for various production line.

1. Intelligent Ejector
Ultra-high frequency and ultra-long lifetime intelligent ejector, combined with multi-dimensional image fusion positioning and analysis technology, can accurately eject the rejections and realize ultra-low carryover ratio and ultra-low air consumption. It can also intelligently detect the operating frequency and failure status of the ejector and give alarms. The lifetime and status of the ejector are totally under control.
2. Cloud Intelligence
By utilizing incomparable arithmetic, analysis and control abilities of the intelligent cloud brain, one button cloud technology enables adaptive computing, learning, decision-making and control in color sorting. In an intelligent way, it can identify, analyze, calculate the impurity percentage, and adjust operation data and set sorting standard flexibly, thus realizing intelligent computing and control.

4. Intelligent Input Flow Control 2.0
