Q2: I don’t know the effect when it finished, I am afraid to place the mass order, could I get a product sample? 

A:Of course. Don’t worry, before the mass order, we could help you to do the sample first, when sample finished, we could send the picture and the video to you, when you confirm it, and then the mass order could be start.

Q3: if I re-order my products, should I pay the mold fee again?

A: No, we will help you to save the mold for 2 year, during this time, you needn’t pay any mold fee for re-make the same design

Q4: I need my product very urgent, how fast could you produce it?

Please don’t worry, generally our production time is 15- 18 days. for most item, we need 7-10 days when in rush. Depending on your item, our sales will check the schedule and then arrange the fastest production time for you.

Q5 : How to pay express charges if ordering samples?

A : You can use your DHL, FEDEX, TNT, UPS account by freight collect at destination. For those customers who do not have an courier account, we will calculate the express freight charge for you and you can pay the freight charge directly to our company account or paypal. Then we will delivery the samples by prepaid.
