Design features
Retainer-less design: the valve features a single cast body without pin retainer holes in the body. This design avoids the potential leaking risk through the body valve, making it a preferable option for check valve selection.
Short face-to-face dimension: Dervos’ dual plate lug type check valves have a short face-to-face dimension and are lighter in weight than conventional check valves.
INCONEL-X 750 spring:the INCONEL-X 750 spring creates a positive seal, and rapid closure is made possible by lightweight plates. Fast action of the spring closes the valve before return flow arrives, thereby reducing potential damage from water hammer. What’s more the spring also features outstanding resistance to corrosion and fatigue.
