The upright sizes and thickness are adjustable automatically. It can be fabricated in almost any length. With highly punching accuracy and cut to length, the forming line capable well improved customer production capacity.
▷▶Upright rollformer machine introduction:
Upright rack, upright columns vary in different sizes and can be customized as per requirements according to load capacity. It has many styles such as L shape (light capacity), C shape (medium capacity), and Special C type (heavy capacity). In practical usage, there are load beams mounted into upright racks. The upright will have pre-punched holes and slots before roll forming process. Heavier upright thickness can up to 3.5mm with high tension grade coil material.
