The three-stage granulator with water is mainly used for the granulation of recycled plastics and recycling of film materials after cleaning and film materials with higher moisture content. Adopting special screw design and different configurations, the equipment is composed of three screws, the first stage adopts electromagnetic heating to remove moisture content in the plastic, the second stage is plasticization, the third stage is extrusion and granulation. The complete set of this line is composed of main engine of extrusion, mould, pelletizer, cooling tank (or air-cooled equipment). It can automatically and continuously produce, directly pelletize, and pellet is clean, free from pollution and aging,which greatly reduces production costs and improves production efficiency.
