The Neutralizing Antibody Test Kit (Colloidal Gold) is used for the
rapid, qualitative detection of the Neutralizing Antibody in human
whole blood, serum, plasma and fingertip blood in vitro, for an aid
identifying individuals with an adaptive immune response to
COVID-19
Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) Neutralizing Antibody Testing Kit (Colloidal Gold)
Specications:1/5/40 Tests
Test Principle
This kit by immune chromatography test, the sample will be under the capillary action to move forward along the test card. Adopting competition method, the sample is dripped on the sample pad and passthrough the RBD pad, conjugate pad, the detection line (T line coated with COVID-19 S-RBD Taq protein Receptor) and the quality control line (C Line coated with Chicken IgY polyclonal antibody).

4. Bring specimens to room temperature prior to testing. Frozen specimens must be completely thawed and mixed well prior to testing. Specimens should not be frozen and thawed repeatedly.
5. If the sample contains a large amount of lipid, hemolysis or turbidity, please do not use it.
