KC8000 is a metal composite fireproof board with heated expansion property, it is composed of stainless steel plate, fire layer, wire mesh, aluminum foil, totally four layers of structure. Products will produce expanded carbon layer by fire, heat and other high temperature action, this property can effectively prevent the spread of fire combustion and heat transfer, so it can provide good protection for non-fire surface. The product has good water resistance, oil resistance, corrosion resistance, weather resistance and mechanical feature.

It does not contain volatile organic compounds, asbestos, fiber dust and other harmful substances, and is safe and environmentally friendly without pollution. It can be used for fire blocking of large and medium-sized holes, cables and cable trays, electrical shaft penetration projects, etc. It is easy to cut, easy to install and disassemble, neat, beautiful and decorative. In addition, the product can still maintain the normal fire protection function under harsh, dirty and other environments.

Direction for Use

1	Organize the cables of the holes, put the cables to the sides, and spread COTRAN flexible organic plugging material or fireproof sealant around the holes
2	Measure the dimensions, take the shape of the fireproof board and mark it on the fireproof board
3	Cut fire boards according to marked lines
4	Rub the cutting hole with a file
5	The cut fireproof board is matched with the cable, and fixed
6	The gap between the cable and the cable, the gap between the cable and the board, and the gap between the board and the board are all sealed with COTRAN flexible organic plugging material
