2. Where do you ship your lights?

3. How can I order your products?
First of all, please tell us which models and quantity you want to order. Then we will send price to you. After you confirm the order, we will make a proforma invoice with our bank details. Then you pay 50% deposit to have production started.
4. Can I customize my chandelier?
Our speciality is to customize chandeliers. We can customize almost all kinds of chandeliers. Please send us a picture of the chandelier and required size. We are willing to provide a price as soon as receiving your information.
5. Do you have chandeliers in stock? If not, what is your lead time?
We don’t have any item in stock. Every chandelier is made to order. Our lead time is about 30 days.
6. How are the chandeliers shipped and how long does shipping take?
We can ship chandeliers by international express, by air and by sea, depending on the quantity or your requirement. By express takes (door to door service) 5-7 days; by air takes 7-10 days (you need collect goods at airport); by sea takes 20-40 days (you need collect goods at sea port).
7. What is your warranty?
We give 5 years warranty for our products. Details like below:
1)Within 3 months, any damage or missing part during shipping, we will send replacements to you for free.
2)Over 3 months within 1 year, we will send free replacements, but you need to pay shipping cost.
3)Over 1 year within 5 years, you need to pay for both replacements and shipping cost.
Customization
We take care of everything from design to delivery. We can assist you in choosing the best light for your space as well as offer advice on construction or other considerations before installation. We offer delivery after-sales services such as spare parts, instructions, etc.
