Product description:

Wing gate is basically composed of a main box and a movable wing plate. It looks like an eagle spreading its wings, hence it is called wing gate, or flap barrier gate. It has a blocking function for unauthorized personnel, so it is also called a blocking gate; the advantage is that it runs fast , and it is luxurious. It is mainly used for the management of entrances and exits. The usual application places only allow people to pass, or people who tow luggage, and people with disabilities. Taking into account the expansion and contraction characteristics of the wing gate. Most of the wing gate passages are prohibited from passing bicycles, motorcycles and other fast vehicles. Installation of wing gate:    

1. Prepare the tools for installing the equipment, and check the accessories according to the packing list;    

2. After clarifying the system composition and working methods, carry out overall planning and prepare to start installation;   

3. After finishing the foundation surface of the installation equipment, arrange the equipment;    

4. After setting the hole position, drill the hole, and pre-embed M12 anchor bolts or expansion bolts;  

5. Put the strong current cable and the weak current cable through 3/4" PVC pipes respectively, and bury them in the corresponding position with cement, aiming at the anchor bolt position;   

6. Check whether the system composition and working mode are correct, and then proceed to the next step after the check is correct; 

7. Open the door of the wing gate (barrier) and choose one of the devices as the reference datum (preferably choose the middle one as the reference datum), align the bolt holes of the machine base with the corresponding anchor bolts, and pre-tighten the nuts ;   

8. Open the door of an adjacent chassis, align the bolt holes of the machine base with the anchor bolts and align the set reference equipment, pre-tighten the nuts; if there are more than one need to install and so on;   

9. Refer to the wiring diagram, connect the power line and control line, and connect the system protection ground wire;   

10. Tighten the anchor nut after the state inspection and function debugging are qualified;
