Applications
Hydrogenated Dicyclopentadiene (DCPD) HY-6100 based hydrocarbon resins are widely used as tackifiers in many applications.
In particular, hydrogenated DCPD-based hydrocarbon resins HY-6110 are frequently used in premium hot-melt adhesives (HMAs) and hot-melt pressure sensitive adhesives (HMPSAs) because of their water white color and excellent stability to light and heat.
Hydrogenated dicyclopentadiene resins HY-6100 affect adhesive performance when used as tackifiers in styrene block copolymer based hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesives, sealants; and for a variety of rubber system as a thickening aid, plastic modification additives, like OPP thin additives, polypropylene,ink additives, waterproofing agent.
HY-6110 applied in non-woven products and hot melt adhesive, pressure sensitive adhesive and sealants.
HY-6110 applied in fabrics field, as production caking agents in the materials like disposable diapers and sanitary napkins.
