Sprayidea 97 heavy duty spray adhesive headliner is ideal for bonding numerous automotive materials including foam backed headliners, seat, side panel, dash board, carpet, etc. also sufficiently supports rubber, plastics and vinyl to metal and other various surfaces. Besides, heat resistance spray adhesive headliner also applied to marine and other outdoor industries. Private label can be provided for large quantity orders.

How to use?

1. Keep the adhered surfaces dry, clean and flat.

2. Shake heavy duty heat resistance automotive spray adhesive headliner can evenly.

3. Spray at 15-20cm away from the two surfaces.

4. Bond the two materials together 1-5 minutes later when the glue won’t transfer to fingers.

5. Turn the can upside down and spray for 2-3s after using, to avoid nozzle being clogged.

6. Use adhesive remover or alcohol to clean the nozzle.
