Large motor vibration or noise
Fault cause: the brake disc is unbalanced or broken; The brake disc is not fastened; Bearing oil loss or failure; Gear meshing is not smooth, oil loss or serious wear; Motor current, sound or vibration.
Treatment method: replace the brake disc of aluminium shutter or readjust the balance; Tighten the brake disc nut; Replace the bearing; Repair, lubricate or replace the gear at the output end of the motor shaft; Check the motor and replace it if it is damaged.
