What are the details of the 7 year warranty: Is it based on 7 years of actual use? We understand that some driver manufacturers have technology to keep track of hours of use. Or does the warranty start at point of sale and end 7 years after? Please explain details.
Answers: The 7 years warranty start at the point of LED Driver leave our factory. There have manufacture date in back of every LED driver.
We use the best quality components for our 277vac dimmable series and the capacitances we used have the super life-span. We can promise 7 years warranty if loading 80% and within 12 hours working time per days.

Dimming Operation for 24v dimmable led power supply
1) The Pulse-Width Modulation (PWM) of output voltage can be adjusted through input terminal of the AC phase line(L) by connection a phase/triac dimmer.
2) Usually matching with Forward phase , leading edge , Magnetic low voltage, triac dimmers, or Reverse phase, trailing edge ,Electric low voltage Dimmers.
