Q What does a jade roller do?
A Jade rollers are said to do everything from sculpting, toning, and firming skin to boosting circulation, enhancing glow, reducing puffiness, minimizing fine lines, improving elasticity, detoxifying, and helping skincare products penetrate better.

Q How often should you use the jade roller?
A We recommend jade rolling twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening after washing your face. However, you can use the jade roller as many times as you want, whenever your face needs a moment of soothing calmness.

Q Can jade roller slim face?
A Facial massage can improve your mood: True. It may seem weird, but facial massage reduces anxiety for some. Using a roller can slim the face: False. The only way to truly slim down or lose weight from any part of your body, the face included, is through nutrition and exercise.

Q How long do you jade roll your face?
A Finish with a soothing upward roll from between your eyebrows, up to the hairline. The whole process should take two to four minutes, depending on how many passes you're doing and how many areas of the face you're hitting. As you're working the jade roller, you'll see your skin start to flush — this is a good thing!

A Yes,logo,label and packaging can be customized upon your request when your order quantity reaches our requirement.

Q Can I ask to send a sample before I place an trail order?Is sample free?
A Sample can be sent/customized when the client has requirement.Sample is not free.But the sample fee will be refund when you place the order.Meanwhile the clients will also be required to pay the shipping by themselves.

Q What if the client doesn't satisfy with the quality when he/she receives the goods?
A  All the goods will be well inspected and photos will be sent to the clients for final confirmation,only when the quality is confirmed,then we will start to pack the goods,if there is really quality problem we will make certain compensation or reproduce the goods after negotiation with clients.
