These years as the increasing demand of prefab assembling container houses, the roll forming machines for container house steel frames and sandwich panel line for container house wall panels have become more and more popular. The side column and top & bottom beam roll forming machines are in great demand.

To make the container houses frame, at least required two roll forming machines. One for producing the side column, the other for top/bottom sectional beams.

One forming machine normally composed of a manual or hydraulic uncoiler, pre-leveling section, punching unit, main forming machine, cutting section, PLC control cabinet, hydraulic pack and run-out tables. The raw materials for making container houses posts and sectional beams are galvanized steel. Thickness ranged from 2-3.5mm. The rollformers are capable to produce the column and section beams automatically.
