【PRINCIPLE】
CCV and CPV Combined Rapid Test Kit is based on colloidal gold immunotomography technology. During testing, the small dog/canine coronavirus in the sample binds to the monoantigen-antibody complex of the colloidal gold envelope and flows along the test paper to the other end of the NC membrane. When the compound is logisticsed to the T-zone on the membrane, the specific antibodies fixed to the membrane capture the compound and gradually condense into a visible T-line, and the uncombined colloidal gold antibodies flow through the T-zone and are captured by the second resistance of the C region and form the visible C-line. The appearance of C-line indicates the occurrence of immunosystomy, i.e. the test paper is effective, and the appearance of T-line indicates that the sample contains canine micro/canine coronavirus.
【Directions For Use】
1) Collect the right amount of fresh faeces with cotton swabs;
2) The sample and buffer on the cotton swab are well mixed and left to rest;
3) Remove the test paper and lay it flat on a spacious and dry surface;
4) The use of the provided disposable dropper, absorb mixed samples on the liquid to the test card hole slowly drop by drop to add 2 to 3 drops of bubble-free detection fluid, must be accurate, slow, drop by drop to join;
5) When the reaction is in, you will see the purple strip in the results window in the middle of the test paper
Medium movement, if there is still no stripe movement after one minute, please add a drop of mixture to the sample hole;
6) 5 to 10 minutes to judge the results, not more than 20 minutes.
【Result】
1. One red line appears in the control region (C). No apparent red or pink line appears in the test region (T).
2. POSITIVE: Two distinct red lines appear. One line should be in the control region (C) and another line should be in the test region (T).
3. INVALID: Control line fails to appear. Insufficient specimen volume or incorrect procedural techniques are the most likely reasons for control line failure. Review the procedure and repeat the test with a new test device. If the problem persists, discontinue using the test kit immediately and contact your local distributor.
