It is applicable to install the usual framed module, The ballasted mounting system can be fixed for any angle .The special extruded aluminum rail, special D module nut, clamp kit ,foot base,support tube/ back leg can be high pre-assembly and make the installation easy and quick to save your labor cost and time. Installation Guide :
Step 1: As per the installation layout to fix the front foot base and connect tube with M8*60mm bolt.
Step 2: Install the back leg and support tube into the foot base with M8*60mm bolt and nut.
Step 3: Install the 2# roof rail onto the support tube with rail clamp and D module nut.
Step 4: Put the solar panels on the roof rails ,and fix the panel with Mid clamps,End clamps and D module nut.
