As many thousands of oil filled transformers containing large amount of insulation oils are in service today, during working of powers transformers, the insulating oils must have better dielectric strength. Our DVTP100 (6000 LPH) double stages vacuum Transformer Oil Filtration Machine can keep proper dielectric strength of transformer insulating oils by purification treatment. The transformer oil purification plant can lower the amount of moisture, gasses dissolved as much as possible and also eliminate solid products of oil oxidation process for improving dielectric strength and maintain the characteristics of insulating oil.
4. The Transformer Oil Filtration Machine can process maximum moisture content 1000 ppm and achieve overall water content of ≤3 PPM By vacuum dehydration to remove free, emulsified and dissolved water.
Optional: Online moisture monitor, flow meter, oil regeneration system, weather proof canopy, double axles or single axle trailer, dielectric strength tester, etc.
