Product Descrption
Longkou vermicelli is known as cellophane noodles or glass noodles. They are called so because ot their appearance when they are cooked, and resemble cellophane, a clear material with a light gray color. And true to their name, the noodles are clear and translucent... Instead of any flour, these vermicelli are made from munbean starch, pea statch, corn starch and water. They are white in color when raw but turn opaque when soaked in water and cooked.
