Properties:BBIT is a yellow to reddish brown transparent liquid. Boiling point: 170℃~175℃, PH value: 2.5~3.5. Water solubility(20℃): ≤1mg/L. Its thermal stability is more than 300℃.
Uses:BBIT is a new mildew preventive, which is used to killing microorganisms attached to polyurethane (PU), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polysiloxane (silicone), polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP) and other polymer materials. It can be miscible with plasticizer, organic carrier and diluent, easy to use. It does not contain halogen and heavy metals. Its thermal stability is more than 300℃, chemical stability is good, so it does not react with auxiliaries, not affect the product's performance. It has good UV resistance, so outdoor use is excellent. The recommended amount of indoor and outdoor plastic products is generally 0.5-1%, the mildew proof grade can reach 0.
